Subway Surfers
Subway Surfers is an "endless running" mobile game co-developed by Kiloo, a private company based in Denmark and SYBO Games. The game displays colourful, whimsical design and a fast pace. It is available on Android, iOS and Windows Phone platforms. Players of the game take the role of youthful hooligans who, caught in the act of applying graffiti to a metro railway site, take off down the tracks to escape the inspector. As the hooligan avatars run they grab gold coins out of the air while simultaneously dodging collisions with railway cars and other objects.
Subway Surfers launched in May 2012 with updates based on seasonal holidays. Since January 2013 updates have been based on a "World Tour" theme that places game action in a new city released monthly. Cities featured included New York City, Rio de Janeiro, Sydney, Rome, Tokyo, Miami, Paris, Beijing, Moscow, New Orleans, London, Mumbai, and Miami for a second time.
On 6th January 2014, developer Kiloo announced that "World Tour: Mumbai" (v1.17) which was released after "World Tour: London", will not be released on Windows Phone 8-powered devices. After that, "World Tour: Miami" (v1.18), which has been released for second time on 23rd January 2014, was made available for Windows Phone 8-powered devices.
January 2013 – Subway Surfers World Tour To New York:
First country for the Subway Surfers as new start of the world tour, its first installment was thrown to the players on 5th of January, 2013 and it was a free upgrade. Game introduced the new characters in the New York tour was ”Tony” and was worth as 95,000 coins. It also included the Limited Edition Liberty Board coasted at 50,000 coins.
February 2013 – Subway Surfers World Tour To Rio:
Subway Surfers was revamped and there players had a chance to enjoy the game in the new sunny city named as Rio. This update also included new power ups and many other special limited time features. With two new characters as Carmen and Samba were introduced.
March 2013 – Subway Surfers World Tour To Rome:
This time the game players had a chance to run on the roads of astonishing Rome. The game was revamped and its new features introduced also included was an Egg Hunt event, where players were prompted to collect the 100s of eggs and then earn unique prizes in return.
April 2013 – Subway Surfers World Tour To Sydney:
The new Sydney Tour update was one of the biggest and best updates in the history of Subway Surfers ever. This time they develop and introduced the features like 2x Multiplier, Guitar, the Yunami, also Shoes to bounce over the trains and amazing Magnet to attract the coins. This helped the players to enjoy game in a total different and new interesting way. The game became then more popular after the Sydney Tour update.
May 2013 – Subway Surfers World Tour To Tokyo:
With tour towards Japan, charming Harumi, with new glassy character was introduced in this update. Players were also offered new weekly prizes in this update in this new Weekly Tokyo Hunt event.
June 2013 – Subway Surfers World Tour To Miami:
Subway Surfers Miami new tour was introduced in this June, 2013 after the previous version of Subway Surfers Tokyo. This update changed the game totally as environment into the roads of Miami and also new character was introduced here as well.
July 2013 – Subway Surfers World Tour To Paris:
With another new character that introduced, the players were ready to the roam on the streets of Paris. This update brought new environment of Paris in a small game screen.
August 2013 – Subway Surfers World Tour To Beijing:
Beijing Tour is now currently going on. This tour prompts the new players to explore new magical China with the gymnastic Sun, Reach on roofs and then investigate the statures with astounding new Power Jumpers, Personalize Fresh with new cool Sport Outfit and the Funk Outfit, Find concealed mythical beasts along Subway tracks and then open week by week prizes
September 2013 – Subway Surfers World Tour To Moscow:
The popular and the widely played Android arcade and full of action game by Kiloo – The Subway Surfers has been recently updated and take new visits Moscow now as a part of the world tour, with dancing Alex has joined the Subway Surfers for limited time, with new stunning dresses for Lucy have been introduced.
October 2012 – Subway Surfers World Tour To New Orleans:
Subway Surfers updated version are now in New Orleans and it’s time to celebrate the Halloween in Subway Surfers. New glassy style outfits with cool Halloween skateboards. All new kind of stuff comes with this update.
